Robert Cabes - Partner

Mr. Cabes was one of the founding members of Avista Capital Partners in 2005. Prior to joining Avista, Mr. Cabes joined DLJMB Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of Credit Suisse, in 2001 to focus on private equity investments in the energy sector. Prior to joining DLJMB, Mr. Cabes served as an investment banker at CSFB, DLJ and Prudential Securities where he was engaged in debt and equity securities underwriting and merger and acquisition assignments for energy companies. Mr. Cabes received a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1991. Mr. Cabes holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.
